GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR THE BASERRI RURAL HOME

  • The home will be available to customers after 4:00pm on the allotted day of arrival.
  • Check-out must be before 12:00pm and the home must be left in good condition: garbage taken out, no dirt or imperfections.
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights.
  • In July and August, the minimum stay is one week.
  • For holidays, long weekends, Holy Week, and Christmas, the rate will be the same as the one set for Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Pets are not allowed on the facilities.
  • The establishment reserves the right to charge a security deposit of €200 to ensure the proper use of the facilities, furniture, and appliances. This deposit will be returned via bank transfer after a maximum period of 7 days.
  • Reservations are made in Euro, both for bank transfers and the use of VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
  • The reservation holder must indicate the number of people who will stay at the house and provide the documentation of each one at the time of arrival.

RESERVATION PAYMENT METHOD

40% of the total amount when the reservation is made more than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival. The rest at the time of entry to the establishment.

100% of the total amount when the reservation is made 30 days or less from the date of arrival.
The reservation will be considered confirmed once the establishment has received the corresponding amount and has sent acceptance and confirmation of it to the holder of the reservation.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

Any modification must be requested via e-mail by the reservation holder. If you would like to reduce the number of days you will stay, the conditions established under “cancellations” will be applied for the reduced days, and if you would like to increase your stay, you can do so whenever possible and under the conditions in force for the reservation in question.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

It must be requested via e-mail by the reservation holder.

If requested more than 60 days in advance, the total amount of the down payment will be refunded, minus €50 for administration costs.

If requested 60 to 31 days in advance, the establishment will return 50% of the down payment made to the reservation holder, minus €50 for administration costs.

If requested 30 days in advance or fewer, the establishment will not return the down payment received.

The refund of the corresponding amount, when applicable, will be made via bank transfer to the account indicated by the reservation holder within 7 days.
